We are monitoring the changing situation surrounding COVID-19 and are working with local court systems to stay updated with events as soon as they occur. As we are deemed an “essential business” we will remain open and are available by phone and email until we have information allowing us to meet in person again.

Employees of Berry K. Tucker & Associates, Ltd. are permitted under the Executive Order 2020-10 put in place by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker to leave their homes and perform work for our clients. They will also continue to practice safe sanitation as well as social distancing. Our commute to our office has also become voluntary as the safety of our employees is of the utmost priority.

Working to represent clients’ rights and best interest in the court of law is an essential business; therefore, we will remain open to continue working for our clients demand.
